Kevin Orlando sustained left shoulder brachial neuritis with permanent neurologic sequelae as a result of his January 14, 2005 flu vaccine. The parties agreed to a joint stipulation, and Kevin was awarded a lump sum of $175,000 as compensation for his injuries.
