For the past 18 years, Ronald Homer, an experienced trial attorney, has successfully represented clients in the Vaccine Program. During this time, he was lead counsel in the Rubella vaccine/arthropathy Omnibus Proceeding that resulted in the resolution of hundreds of claims and counsel of record for thousands of petitioners. For several years, he served as the vaccine-injured person’s representative to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. Originally from Canton, Massachusetts, Ronald Homer graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1990 and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. Ronald is a member of the State Bars in California and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Ronald resides in South Boston, Massachusetts.
