Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Sylvia Chin-Caplan is a 1984 graduate of Boston College Law School and has an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University's College of Nursing in Boston. Sylvia is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Sylvia resides with her family in Dedham, Massachusetts.
