Originally from western New York, Amy Fashano is a 2004 graduate of Westminster College, located in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. She graduated from New England School of Law in 2007. During law school, Amy was a member of New England’s Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement. Since May of 2006, she has worked at Conway, Homer and Chin-Caplan, first as a law clerk, now as a trial attorney. Currently, Amy is the vaccine-injured person’s representative to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. She is also a member of the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Amy is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
