Joseph M. Pepper, Esquire

Joseph Pepper hails from the wilds of Maine. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2008, and has an undergraduate degree in environmental science from the University of Maine at Farmington. Prior to law school, Joseph worked as an analytical chemist, testing environmental samples for inorganic contaminants, including mercury, hexavalent chromium, and lead. Demonstrating a commitment to public service, he worked for an environmental non-profit group during law school, and more recently, Metrowest Legal Services in Framingham, Massachusetts. Joseph is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. At Conway, Homer & Chin-Caplan, Joseph’s responsibilities include the negotiation of appropriate settlements for the firm’s clients.
