Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Meredith Daniels earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University in 2007. She graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2010. During law school, Meredith was a member of Suffolk University’s Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. Her note, Special Masters in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program: Placing a Heightened Burden on Vaccine Program Petitioners by Straying from Precedent and Congressional Intent, was published by Suffolk University’s Journal of Health and Biomedical law in 2010. In May of 2009, Meredith joined Conway, Homer and Chin-Caplan, P.C. as a law clerk, and presently works for the firm as an attorney licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
