Originally from Long Beach California, Kevin Conway graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1969 and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Kevin has been practicing in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program since it's inception in 1986 and is a member the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Kevin resides with his family in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Sylvia resides with her family in Dedham, Massachusetts.
